RETURN & REFUND POLICY / WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG

1. Physical Goods (Print-on-Demand)

All physical items (apparel, posters, etc.) are manufactured on-demand specifically for you the moment you place your order.

Because these products are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) regarding "buyer's remorse" or ordering the wrong size. Once an order is successfully processed and sent to our production facility, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged or Defective Goods: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require a clear photograph of the defect. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Digital Assets (Software, Audio, Licenses)

By purchasing digital goods, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content (e.g., license key, download link) has been delivered.

All sales of digital assets are final and non-refundable.

3. Return Process

If you believe you have received a defective product, do not return it immediately. Please contact our support transmission at dominic.veit@burnmyshallowground.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will provide further instructions.
